Diorama Explorers are 10” tablets distributed throughout the museum, with an interactive touch screen interface that gives guests the ability to take deeper dives into the museum’s collection of dioramas. Touch points can lead to a single asset or hundreds, and triggered media is 100% configurable by staff. Content is unlimited in quantity and type (stills, video, audio, text) and can be uploaded to predefined locations on each tablet. Diorama Explorers also allow guests to easily explore content while minimizing reliance on printed signage. Everyone comes with different levels of interest. Printed signage can’t satisfy everyone’s educational goals, but customizable, well-designed content management systems can!
